Street Souls Outreach
At Emmaus Greenwich, plumstead, with shops in poplar and lewisham. a home, work and training for up to 45 people who have experienced homelessness, funded by its own furniture and fashion trade
Help run Street Souls solidarity points: set up and close down, serve food and drinks, hand out clothing and toiletries, and signpost visitors to local services.
This one is open only to people aged 18 or over.
It runs monday, Thursday or Friday evenings; at least two a month. They ask for a slot fortnightly, for at least 6 months.
A basic DBS check is required, and you must be 18 or over and they ask for references. A full induction including health and safety, then ongoing support from your manager and the companions.
It is in Greenwich (SE18).
